Please use this form to register for one of our outdoor grass doubles tournaments. If you already have a partner you can also sign them up by entering their information below. Our tournaments cost $50 per entry ($25 per player, $15 for juniors), and all participants must be USAV members (for insurance purposes).
For those that aren't already USAV members, you can sign up the morning of the tournament for a USAV one-day ($5) or summer ($15) membership. To save time and speed up the tournament registration process, you can also apply and pay for your one-day or summer USAV membership online at the USAV Website.
If you need to modify or cancel your registration, you can now do so online. The Manage My Online Registration link will allow you to update your registration information.
